Safe Student Pickup & School Management

ILMY collects personal information including name, email address, mobile number, user role (Parent, Teacher, Guard, Transport Driver, School Admin), and school affiliation. We also collect student details such as name, class, and assigned activities, provided by the school or parent. Location data is collected only when a pickup request is initiated or when validating pickup requests. Camera access is used solely for QR code scanning - no photos or videos are recorded or stored.

Location data is collected only when a pickup request is initiated or when validating that a user is within the allowed distance from the school. This ensures accurate pickup coordination and student safety. Location data is not tracked continuously and is accessed only when required for app functionality. We do not use location data for any other purposes.

Camera access is required solely for scanning QR codes during student pickup verification. This ensures that only authorized users can pick up students. Important to note: No photos or videos are recorded, stored, or transmitted. Camera access is activated only when the user initiates a scan.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal or student data. Data is shared only within the authorized school environment, between users who belong to the same school, and with trusted service providers (such as cloud hosting and notification services) strictly for operational purposes. We do not share data with advertisers or third parties for marketing or commercial use.

ILMY is designed for school operations and is not intended for independent use by children. Student accounts are managed by schools and parents. Children do not create accounts or provide consent directly. Student data is used only for educational and safety-related purposes. We comply with applicable child data protection regulations.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect user data, including secure authentication mechanisms, role-based access control, encrypted communication, and restricted administrative access. While no system can guarantee absolute security, we continuously improve our safeguards to protect against unauthorized access.

Depending on applicable laws and your user role, you may request access to your personal data, request correction of inaccurate information, and request deletion of data (subject to school policies and legal requirements).
